I managed the production of Customer Success webinars at ServiceNow and I created marketing material for the same webinars. For this, I balanced the needs of ServiceNow and client companies to find internal partners and produce content that effectively marketed customer products while demonstrating features of the Now Platform. Then, I would coordinate production schedules with the schedules of speakers. Lastly, for each webinar, I created landing pages, blog posts within ServiceNow's Now Community Forum, and promotional videos for future webinars. I also redesigned internal team webpages and created instructional demos for Adobe Premiere, and well as interface demos for wayfinding terminals for ServiceNow's Knowledge20 conference.

I coordinated the execution of promotional and academic events in the field of computer science at Northeastern University. Events had attendee numbers in the thousands and were held with partners such as Microsoft and the cybersecurity division of the US Army. For events, I determined and secured the event locations, ensured successful delivery of collateral, and staffed the live event. Online, I also ran an email marketing campaign for Women's Community of Code computer science workshops for women and girls from underserved neighborhoods in Boston, Massachusetts, and I managed the events calendar on Wordpress.

I write, market (on Facebook), and host virtual pub trivia events for college students. I am the sole producer for these events, and I have successfully grown a community of players throughout the COVID-19 pandemic.
