On behalf of my client, Skyhill Hotels Limited, I write to propose your
participation in the above-mentioned real estate project in Enugu and wish to
offer you 10 units under the agreed terms and conditions.

Umundu, Udenu Local Government Area, 2km from new Road, opposite Obollo
Hotels Limited.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Developing a housing estate consisting of 200 state-of-the-art 4-bedroom

TITLE
Statutory Right of Occupancy granted by Enugu State Government in favour
of my Client, Skyhills Hotels Limited

OFFER PRICE
The offer price is N30 million per unit
CONDITIONS
● You shall pay 5% of the total price of the number of units purchased as
an agency fee
● You shall pay 5% of the total price of the number of units purchased as
a legal fee.
OFFER PERIOD
The offer period shall remain valid for a period of 15 (Fifteen) days
commencing from the offer date above.
