Client’s Challenge
The client, a business coach hosting a recurring “Boxing for CEOs” webinar, struggled with
managing the end-to-end process of lead registration, email follow-ups, team
communication, and course sales, all manually. These repetitive tasks were not only timeconsuming but also prone to errors and missed follow-ups, limiting their ability to scale and
focus on engagement and delivery. They needed a seamless, automated system to handle
the entire customer journey from registration to post-webinar sales.
My Solution
I designed and implemented a fully automated workflow using Zapier that streamlined every
part of the webinar and sales process. The automation connected tools like Google Forms,
Google Sheets, Airtable, Gmail, Slack, and Google Calendar to ensure leads were captured
instantly, followed up with strategically, and prepped for conversion without manual input.
