My name is Nnaji Jenifer Chinemerem, a passionate and detail-oriented Medical Virtual Assistant with strong interests in healthcare and digital support services. I recently completed an intensive training program with ALX Africa, where I gained practical skills in providing remote administrative support tailored to clients across different industries, especially in healthcare.

I have a background in Science Education (Biology option) at Enugu State University of Science and Technology (ESUT) and am currently pursuing further studies in Applied Health at Brigham Young University–Idaho. This educational foundation helps me understand medical terms, health systems, and the importance of data privacy, especially when handling sensitive patient information.

Throughout my training and practice, I developed strong skills in scheduling, email management, file organization, data entry, travel planning, and transcription. I am proficient in tools like Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar), Microsoft Office Suite, and Zoom. I understand how to manage client communications, maintain calendars, write reports, and create professional documents — all essential for healthcare providers working in fast-paced environments.

As a Medical Virtual Assistant, I support healthcare professionals by:

Alongside my VA work, I also run a small business in Nigeria. This experience has enhanced my customer service skills, time management, and ability to multitask under pressure. Running a business while working virtually has helped me become highly organized, solution-focused, and committed to meeting deadlines.
