Nnabuike Sylvanus Onyekachi, graduate of Biochemistry in the institute of Management and technology ENUGU STATE Nigeria. As a young graduate, being ambition, a global perspective, and a drive to grow—within my expertise and beyond.. I am eager to learn, develop and hone my skills for the growth of any organization.

I was opportune to be my class representative during my tertiary education from where I was able to lead the class and organize educative events. These experiences have helped me address each student's challenge and effectively understand their needs and build a leadership skill. During my Industrial training and service year as a medical laboratory Technician, I was able to build an excellent communication skill, good managetaining skills, problem solving skill, more diagnostic experience, time management skill, all needed to give a satisfactory service to the patients. I was able to adopt the attitude of listening and paying close attention to customers complaints and needs, empathizing with them, addressing their concerns and providing a viable solution to their problems.

I am quick to learn, highly adaptable to any environment and operations, able to work both individually and as a team. I am proficient in Microsoft office, Excel, power point and have experience working as a graphic designer. I am confident that I can make a valuable contribution to organizational growth. 

I worked as a front desk officer, where I was in charge of phone calls and emails responses, customer service management. This also has built more virtues within me.
