I am a Project and Grants Management Professional with 12+ years of experience supporting education, finance, and development projects. Throughout my career, I have worked at the intersection of project implementation, monitoring and evaluation, operations management, and grant administration, ensuring that initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with donor and institutional guidelines.

As Head of Accounting and Educator in Cameroon’s Ministry of Secondary Education, I oversaw multi-stakeholder school infrastructure projects, from procuring and installing classroom benches to equipping a computer lab. I coordinated vendors, managed budgets, and reported transparently to both community stakeholders and government authorities. Additionally, I served as PTA Secretary, supervising project proposals, conducting cost assessments, and preparing donor-style progress reports—strengthening my skills in accountability and reporting.

I also contributed to women’s economic empowerment as Project Coordinator for the Women Entrepreneurship & Digital Marketing Initiative, where I designed and delivered training to over 100 women, prepared donor reports, and tracked program milestones to measure impact. This experience deepened my skills in stakeholder engagement, capacity building, and program evaluation.
