I'm Samuel, I work for a local company that specializes in b2b consulting, my duties involves customer support, making and scheduling appointments, updating and managing records , along with optimizing workflow etc. before that I worked in print firm, designing several forms of graphics like fliers , posters, banners etc., I also handled social media management and content scheduling in the same firm all from an hybrid setting. This when i started freelancing .
