I am a wife, mother and a teacher. I live in Anambra State, Nigeria. I have three wonderful kids .

I studied English Language and Literature in Nnamdi Azikiwe University Awka, Anambra State. I have been teaching since graduation. I also edit articles and books. I also coach people both young and old in the use of the English Language.

I pay attention to details when it comes to editing articles and I ensure they are error free as well as straight to the point. I use words that are clear and avoid ambiguity.

I am a good listener and patient with people when it comes to communication. I make people to feel free to communicate their needs. I never feel any point or complaint is unnecessary. I am very patient with people.This helps me to get the best from people as I also give them my best

I believe in acquiring new skills. I see self - improvement as the key to success and satisfaction in life. I do not believe in doing the same thing and expecting a different result.I read a lot in order to add to the skills I already have and to acquire new skills.

Hence, I have learnt to make virtual travel arrangement in such away that what the person might need during his vacation or work trip such as gym, banks car rentals are taken into consideration. I also ensure the person can assess it using the link I will send him to verify the places.

I am good at time management and always deliver the job within the set time and at the same time deliver a skillful job. I also do well in team work because I know that two heads are better than one

I pay attention to details to ensure that no part of the job is left undone and that no instruction was left unattended.In order to achieve this , I read every mail or massage carefully taking note of the key points.

I maintain exceptional customer relationship. I empathize with people in order to ensure their comfort and satisfaction.I try as much as possible to meet customers ' need.

I maintain a high level of honesty and I like working with honest people I prefer being told the bitter truth rather than "painted words". I also ensure that people get the actual facts from me.

I like being corrected when I am wrong. I also enjoy and do well in teamwork.
