GUARD STUDY: An Observational, Multinational and Multicenter, prospective study to assess effectiveness, safety and tolerability of treatment of Vildagliptin single pill combination of Vildagliptin Mettformin in Type II Diabetes Mellitus patients in real world. 4. Establishments of populations based Stroke Registry in Ludhiana City, India. 5. EPICOR-ASIA: Long Term follow-up of Anti Thrombolytic Management pattern in Acute Coronary syndrome patients in Asia. 6. MERCK-SERONO: A study over Indian Diabetes E-Registry. 7. DIACHE STUDY.
