With over 24 years of experience in IT, including 17+ years as a Project Manager, I have led and delivered complex projects across diverse industries, including Aviation/MRO, Telecom (OSS/BSS), Oil & Gas, Defense, eGovernment, Banking, and Education. I currently serve as a Senior IT Project Manager (Contract) at Serco Middle East, overseeing high-impact technology initiatives.

My expertise spans Project Management, Agile Delivery, AI Strategy, Business IT Partnership, and Digital Transformation. I hold multiple certifications, including PMP, ITIL, and AI Strategy & Governance (MIT Sloan & University of Pennsylvania). I specialize in managing large-scale IT transformations, cloud migrations, ERP integrations (SAP, Oracle Financials), and AI-driven innovations.

As an AI strategist, I focus on Generative AI applications, AI product management, and automation in Aircraft MRO, Special Education (SEND), and Smart Surveillance (CCTV AI POCs). I have hands-on experience with LangChain, Streamlit, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, developing AI-powered platforms and chatbots. I am also constructing an AI portfolio for Aircraft MRO, optimizing workflows with machine learning, RPA (UiPath), and predictive analytics.
