Current Role & Responsibilities
Operations & maintenance for all 3 technologies 2G 3G 4G support troubleshooting maintaining SLA
Preventive maintenance for All sites and technology 2G, 3G, 4G, BTS Grounding earthings RBSC , BSC ,RNC .

Competent & result-oriented Engineer with work experience of more than 6 months across Operations, testing & Maintenance of BTS, BSC and Transcoder and is currently associated with Alcatel-Lucent as BSS Configuration Engineer - Uninor project at Gurgaon, Haryana and handling BSS, OMCR (Operation & Maintenance Centre – Radio) O&M of BSS Nodes.

Responsible for all Fault management (addition & deletion of sites, define handover cells, implementation of CRF etc) and playing a key role in Cell sites migration from one BSC to another.
Possess knowledge of ALCATEL-LUCENT products such as BSC9130, BTS9100, Transcoder9125 & MFS9130 and responsible for performance monitoring & traffic analysis of UNINOR KERALA & ORISSA network by report generation of daily network outage.
Managing and monitoring of UNINOR KERALA & ORISSA GSM network through Alarm/voice escalation. Providing back end support for operation and maintenance of Alcatel BTS, Mini link Radios to Engineers.
Testing & Monitoring of E1 connectivity between BSC & BTS sites. Investigating cause of outages and follow up the issue until it is completely resolved to maintain network reliability and availability.
Handling Fault Rectification in TRE, Combiner, SUMA etc. in BTS and also parameter changing on cell level as well as BSC level.
Supervising health check-up of all BSS nodes on daily routine basis and escalating the Outages to the concern team and generate docket for them and take the RCA/RFO from the field engineers.
Providing technical support to the customer and field engineers and working on Site integration, migration & expansion activities in BSS Nodes.
Handling Remote fault rectification of GSM network nodes and also performing Acceptance Test, included call testing, checking various connections.
