Co-ordination with CSD, O&M, VAS, Switch & service partners for handling CRM module from Quality perspective. Preparation of DPR for Customer Feed -back and circulation to all concerned. Technical support provided to the customer. Measurements, Analysis, and decisions, for the problem related technical faults in the network is been taken for the customer to provide the best quality network. October’12 – May’15 TSG LEAD – (L1 Support) NSN(NOKIA SIEMENS NETWORKS) Operator: AIRCEL (NSN) Role:    Monitoring KPI of on Daily basis. Addressing & Solving Customer Issues related to coverage in the cluster. Based on the KPI, I suggest changes for Physical Optimization of the Antennas and Neighbor Audit for improving HOSR and Reducing TCH drops, SD drops also minimize the Interference in the Network. TCH and SDCCH Reconfiguration to minimize the TCH blocking and SDCCH blocking.      Monitoring daily status and optimizing the network to increase the Call Setup Success rate and Call success rate and Handover success rate. Feb’08 –September’12 RF Optimization Engineer – Aircel (Unified Bengal) Role: RF Survey & Coordination  Searching for good candidate near Nominal Keeping in Mind Objective of site and Candidates Feasibility RF Point of View.  LOS Survey.  Site Audit after Implementation and Suggestion if required for wrong Implemented site like changes in radiation height and pole location.  Surveying sharing site and giving suggestion for using existing infra to meet Objective of site to reduce revenue.  Providing on field support to RF Survey engineer, and taking necessary steps to meet the Deadline at no extra cost.  Preparing Reports as per customer Requirement.  Analysis of KPI on daily Basis, Cross checking signalling and Monitoring Hourly Gauss for site having Bad KPI.  Improving HOSR, reducing TCH drops, SD drops and Interference in the Network.  Analyzing ND Report to improve coverage, Quality and KPI of site with Poor KPI and Low call volume. Providing on field support to RF Survey team to find best possible candidate near nominal to meet objective of site. Performing Drive Test of New site, Expansion sites and BSC Migration Drive (using TEMS 6.0/8/0 and TEMS 8.1.1). Analysing and post processing of log files and providing Optimum feedback regarding Call drop, Coverage hole and Quality issues. Performing RF & LOS survey for Own and Sharing Site. Handling Customer Complaint in case of Pole Relocation Keeping in Mind objective of site and giving best possible option to a Planner. Preparing Report as per Customer requirement.
