I had been a Customer Service Representative / Data and Email Support and Technical Service Representative in both call center and home based for more than 8 years.
I had worked both in inbound and outbound process from clients who seek for a good quality of services for their customer support at a reasonable cost. I focused into exceeding the expectations of clients when it comes to services. I can think out of the box to share new ideas to clients on how to have a unique way in having more satisfied customers and retain them.
