With over 16 years of IT expertise, I am a Product Owner at Target Energy Solutions, where I oversee and deliver value-driven solutions for various domains, such as fintech, insurance, dynamic printing, and digital transformation. I have a strong technical writing background, which enables me to create and update product documentation, video tutorials, and business development deliverables, such as RFP and RFI responses.

I am proficient in agile Scrum methodologies, sprint planning, roadmap development, and release management. I collaborate with users and PMO to understand and anticipate product needs and requirements and to create and prioritize user stories and product backlog. I also work closely with the UI/UX team to ensure the product UI/UX is aligned with the product goals. I am passionate about delivering high-quality products that solve real-world problems and enhance customer satisfaction.
