Nimfa T. Villamayor

Hi! My name is Nimfa Tolentino-Villamayor. I am married and is 46 years old from the Philippines.

I have more than 20 years of experience in various environmental and social development projects providing services as part-time consultant or as full-time staff to various companies on social development, issues management, capability building, socio-econ profiling, social preparation and information, education, communication (IEC), community project development and implementation, community and government relations, and stakeholders engagement. For the past 5 years or so, I worked with oil companies as External Affairs Lead handling government/ stakeholders relations and compliance to regulatory requirements of Pandacan Depots Services, Inc. (joint venture of Chevron, Petron and Shell – 3 major oil players in the Philippines). My last full-time job was with Chevron Philippines in their Batangas Oil Terminal.

After my car accident in 2019, I stopped working fulltime and reconnected with colleagues in environmental consulting – Phil. Center for Environmental Awareness and Sustainability, Inc. (PCEAS). I worked as one of their Trainers and Facilitator and provided technical support in the conduct of environmental impact assessment as social development specialist.

I am reliable and a goal-oriented person. I am also organized and ensure that I deliver the output on time with 100% accuracy. I am resourceful and coordinates well with team to ensure we meet targets and deadlines.
