Project 2: Project Name : Vodafone Ireland Domain: E Commerce, Automation Testing Client: Vodafone Application : Vodafone Online Portal, UFE Portal Technology : Functional Manual testing. Description: Vodafone Ireland Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Vodafone Group, is a mobile phone network and broadband provider in the Republic of Ireland. In this project there are three sales channel Online Portal, UFE and CRM. A customer goes to Ireland goes to the Vodafone store and ask for the new SIM. The Agent notes down all the important details, Create contact in CRM, The moment he create contact, a SMS is sent to his/her number or Email which contains the Registration link along with OTP. At the backend, as soon as the contact is created, the CIAM is being updated with contact details (Name, email/Contact number etc.) While doing login on portal for existing customer post entering user name and click on continue button, a call is made to the MML_DB by the AEM via OSB to verify whether the customer belongs to Equinox or legacy system. Employer offers different health plans to employees and their dependents access to healthcare and other services at reduced cost. Some kinds of coverages included in H & W plans are Medical, Dental, Surgical, insurance. Some clients offer reimbursement accounts such as HCFSA and DCFSA. What i did ?
