Establishing best practices: working with the different hiring manages to improve the
candidate experience (time to hire, experience during interviews, on going
communication), streamlining of the interview process by eliminating
unnecessary/duplicate steps, creating a consistent hiring approach to select the best
candidate. Developed and drive proper intake sessions with managers. Helped managers
with interview techniques and create consistency during interviews.
Employer Branding; mainly focused on engineering. Ensure there was consistent messaging
across different job portals. Work with marketing on ‘Job spotlights’ to promote specific
positions. I ran two hiring events in the UK for engineering (Silicon Milkroundabout) where
I was driving the process of stand design, promotional material, attendance from
engineering leadership, communication to potential candidates before, during and after
the event.
Lead the implementation of a new ATS (lever); I was responsible for the review of options,
the final selection of the ATS, obtaining the necessary internal approvals, managed the
implementation process and the hiring manager training on the new ATS.
