As a Client Specialist at Toptal, my role is to provide a seamless experience for clients by quickly resolving inquiries, challenges, and reported issues. By liaising with financial and legal departments, I advocate for client interests and negotiate settlements that meet the needs of all parties involved. Additionally, I ensure adherence to quality standards across platforms, like Slack, share essential updates with my team, and drive process improvements based on customer feedback.
