Amazing Communicator - I give clear direction, clarify any confusion, turn client intent into action for my team, and set and meet expectations.
Team Shepherd - I guide the team towards the goal, course-correcting along the way, and protect them from potential harm. Like late nights and overtime.
Client Advocate - I do right by my client, understand what their intent is, and their challenges, and offer the best recommendations moving forward(Not at the expense of the team).
Always in Sync - I have the pulse of the job and I understand what is going on at any given moment, I’m aware of how close or how far we are from milestones, and I can anticipate any needs and challenges that might be arising as we are making progress on the project.
