I have been working as a part-time virtual assistant for 4 years and it has been a great experience. I learned many things and I want to learn more about it. My duties and responsibilities are: 1st - I am preparing and maintaining company documents and reports. 2nd- Making and scheduling meeting using Career Pillar and Hubspot. 3rd - managing expenses reports using Excel. 4th- managing the calendar of my boss on a weekly basis using google calendar. 5th - researching and collecting information from different schools in California and inputting all the infos in google spreadsheets and last but not the least, I’ve tried transcribing a 3-hour video. By doing this tasks on and before the deadline, my clients were very satisfied by my work.
