My past experience requires me to do a lot of time management as I do several tasks each day. That includes, email & calendar management, Data entry, schedule appointments, update clients information to our system. I also draft and send out email responses to clients with simple queries and assist them to schedule meetings with our directors. Another task is to do daily and weekly follow ups to clients regarding the authorities ghat we require them to sign. Being in a financial services company, we want our clients to feel that we are always available and willing to help them with their needs. As doctors being our clients, It requires a lot of patience so one thing that I learned from the experience is to be clear and precise with what you want you want the client to do for you. It can be their signatures, copy of their IDs, documents that we need for their tax returns & annual financial review and etc. The job also requires you to have good attention to details as this may affect the company's image if not it's objective which is to provide excellent service to the clients.
