Hi, I'm Nikki, former Shopify Team Lead and Virtual Assistant. I worked in the Customer service industry for 8 years and has various experience working in the e-commerce field. I worked in Shopify for about 3 years and led a team of Gurus during those times. I also worked as a Virtual assistant for some clients and I helped them build their store, process their orders, do product imports and I handled answering their customer queries as well.
