Nikita Borisov Moscow, Russia Senior Software Developer Software Architect Product Manager Development Lead - - About me When your business requires Software Development, you might ask some kind of questions like: What should we do to get more profit from programmers? There is an answer: keep developers close to the product and major business processes. But to do that, developers should be very initiative, communicative and interested in product growth. And that is exactly who I am. I am a Software Developer that not only writes code, but cares about product and pays a lot of attention to the business. That approach helps me to be more productive and useful for the company. Because every time I’m writing code, designing UX, hiring, managing other people, designing business processes, refactoring, designing architecture etc., — I’m doing it to help business to earn more money. In general, because of my management skills, I can adapt to any project or technology and make money from it. So if you want to hire someone who will be really helpful for your company — contact me, let’s boost your business together! Work experience DUNICE- Dunice — is an outsourcing company. Most of our customers were from USA, Canada and Europe. That was pretty interesting, because I could work on different complex projects and face some amazing challenges! I joined Dunice as a Frontend Developer. I was working on different eCom projects there. First one is a marketplace called Lastcall. The idea was to provide clients with the most advantage of the deal. Basically, it means that vendors like shops or service providers were placing their deals at our marketplace and the clients could find the best offer for them. What I was doing there as a developer: • Implementing Server Side Rendering • Creating Ionic app that would work on web and mobile • Making layout for new features • Developing Chrome Extension for parsing product info • Integrating E2E testing Work experience US business integrator- This company is doing full-cycle development of IT enterprise systems for the complex American organizations. Here I was responsible for developing client side for several projects related to making charity donations online. There my main achievement was implementing automatic verifying project quality by integrating E2E testing so that we were sure that every user action would pass OK. Work experience Dialogue Key- I guess you know what LinkedIn looks like and what it is used for, don’t you? So just imagine what would it look like if it was created for model agencies and fashion models: detailed profile cards with projects portfolio, complex user search with a bunch of filters, feature for creating castings, in-app messenger and so on and so forth. That’s what we were doing there — developing amazing independent social platform for the fashion business. In this project I was responsible for the several things: development, project management, presenting demos to stakeholders, UX and designing architecture. My main achievement here was that I was the only one frontend developer and even so we created MVP in less than 3 months. Work experience Delivery Club- Delivery Club — is the Top-1 FoodTech company in Russia. In 2018 they proceeded 4M orders and their revenue was $25M. I joined that company in 2019 and we faced a lot of challenges, but it was really worth it — by the end of 2019 we completed more than 20M orders and the revenue was $60M! Moreover, those numbers are going to be doubled when 2020 report is published. You could ask something like: “You are a developer, why do you care about finance?”. Well, because everything I was doing on so many projects I’ve been working on was aimed at earning more and more money for the company. I’ve got here an incredibly useful experience in raising sales and optimizing costs, and the reason why me and my team always feel responsible for projects we are working on — because the result of those projects really matters to business. I’ve taken participation in more than 10 projects at Delivery Club and I was not only writing the code. I also did architecture design, mentoring, hiring, development process management, customer development, product analytics and management. Work experience Onelya- Onelya is a Moscow based Business Integrator that is developing complex IT systems for Russian Railways Holding (RZD). RZD had a problem: market of online tickets booking was growing, but their core website for buying tickets was too old and not comfortable for the users which caused poor user experience and led to low conversion and losing money as a result. To solve that, me and my team were developing brand new web app with the most suitable UI and all accessibility features. We were using Angular as a tech stack for Frontend and Java & Spring for Backend part. What I was doing there: • Mentoring my colleagues in writing code, designing architecture and people management. • Designing architecture • Writing code for the new features • Writing unit tests • Refactoring legacy code Skills Soft Skills Systems approach Communication Emotional intelligence Negotiation Hard Skills General Management Skills Product Management Skills Project management Designing UX Constraint management Creating product roadmap Hiring Customer Development Process optimization Integration of Product Metrics and Analytics Increasing major Product Metrics
