I have dealt with angry persons before, who only because of their fustration to get an issue resolved became annoyed and only at that moment needed someone to listen to their issues and lead them through the solution with patience and care. They always end the call/ message with i appreciate and thank you for your assistance...Thats why i believe im one of the best customer service representatives that you can hire because i really have learnt to truly listen and thats the key to your customers happiness and once they're happy the problem is solved...
