Conduct Exit Interviews with the resigned employees & attempt to retain exiting employees; perform qualitative & quantitative analysis to gauge the cause for controlling future impacts.

Sourcing Resumes as per the requirement using various sources like job Portals, Data base, References, Internal reference, Head hunting, Walk in Interviews.
Short listing the prospective candidates and scheduling them for the Personal Round of Interview with Respective Team Managers & HODs.
Negotiating and making offer to selected candidates, ensuring that all the process is completed in accordance with Company Policy.
Continuous follow-up with the candidates till they joins the company.
Joining Formalities:
Collecting joining report, photocopies of credentials and required documents for maintaining personal files of the employees.
Conducting Induction program to welcome new employees and to help them familiarize and adapt themselves to their new work environment
Coordinating opening of Bank accounts for new employees.
