Current Accountabilities (Shaw Academy) 

• Leading the revenue tech team of 20 members
• Involved in executing different products plans to increase the revenue of the organization.
• A/B testing to understand the user purchasing psychology, and based on that implementing the success products to upsurge the revenue
• Involved with the customers' care team to improvise customer satisfaction resulting in sales growth
• Ensuring the generated lead is converted into a potential customer by connecting with customers via mail campaign and digital marketing
• Cost estimating and developing the budget
• Analyzing and managing project risk
