Nikesh Bhandari

My name is Nikesh Bhandari, and I hail from the remote Bajhang district in Nepal. Growing up in Bajhang, I completed my schooling in a local government school, which laid the foundation for my academic journey. Despite the challenges associated with studying in a remote area, I pursued my passion for technology and eventually earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Pokhara University, graduating in 2018.

During my time at Pokhara University from 2014 to 2018, I developed a deep interest in software development. My academic coursework, combined with practical projects, provided me with a solid grounding in computer engineering principles. The experience of studying in Pokhara, a city known for its educational institutions, was transformative and significantly broadened my horizons.

Upon graduating, I embarked on a professional journey as a React developer, and over the past six years, I have accumulated extensive experience working with various companies. My career has been characterized by a diverse array of projects, each contributing to my growth as a software developer. These projects include developing job portals, banking software, hospital management systems, and educational software. Each project has posed unique challenges, allowing me to hone my skills and adapt to different requirements and technologies.

One of the most significant projects I have worked on is a comprehensive Hospital Management Information System (HMIS). This software solution is currently being used by over 165 hospitals across Nepal, ranging from small clinics to large healthcare facilities. The HMIS encompasses various modules such as accounting, pharmacy, patient administration, pathology, radiology, histology, inventory management, and an agent portal. Developing and maintaining this system has been a monumental task that required a deep understanding of healthcare workflows and regulatory requirements. The success of this project is a testament to my ability to deliver complex, high-impact software solutions.

In addition to HMIS, I have been involved in developing other critical systems, such as job portals that facilitate employment opportunities, banking software that ensures secure and efficient financial transactions, and educational software that enhances the learning experience for students and teachers. Each of these projects has further refined my technical expertise and problem-solving skills.

Throughout my career, I have remained committed to continuous learning and professional development. I have kept myself updated with the latest advancements in React and related technologies, ensuring that I can deliver cutting-edge solutions to my clients and employers. My diverse experience across different domains has equipped me with a versatile skill set that I bring to every project I undertake.
