Freelance MarCom Advisor, who is helping start-up brands to build their marketing strategies, brand strategies,
launch new product lines, prepare digital and social media strategies, and manage PR and event strategies.
Brands are; Tegu Turkey, Kaukko, Start-İst, davetpostasi.com and Carat Lab. Also consulted a confidential
cosmetics/retail international start-up with all the global operations, including product development, production,
branding and project management. As a success story, we launched two web sites and social media platforms,

As the Marketing Manager of global B2B and retail firm, I was managing 11 people with full responsibility of

WATSONS / Senior Marketing Executive & Brand Manager (Mar 07-Jun 11)
Reporting to Deputy General Manager, and a Marketing Specialist reporting to me, I was managing 360 degrees
of marketing activities of the global retail company, including Brand Management of Watson’s own label products
and Rimmel exclusive brand, which gave me strong experience in the FMCG market, and great accomplishment,
by winning an award for best product launch. Contributed a big growth of the firm from 15 stores to 80 stores and
succeeded to make Watsons number 1 in its sector.

Responsible for all communication and marketing activities of 36 stores and Toys“R”Us brand. Also, responsible
for PR, ATL/BTL advertisements, sponsorships, customer relations, management of the relations with
