Worked as a Project Trainee at KMML, Kollam, India for one month
KMML is a 58 years old company under state govt. of Kerala and is the only integrated Titanium Dioxide facility having mining, mineral separation, synthetic rutile and pigment-production plants.
Project: AUTOMATION OF DIGESTER BATCH PROCESS Using RSLOGIX500. Guided by Kerala Minerals and Metals Ltd., Chavara, Kollam.
Sorted and analyzed Historic data provided by KMML. Implemented flow chart for the batch process. Analyzed the digital/analog inputs and outputs. Studied the development of ladder logic using rslogix500. Developed the Ladder diagram for the Digester Batch Process. Simulated and implemented using RSlogix emulate and RS view32.
