I began my career as a Sales Manager at Zomato, where I was responsible for merchant onboarding by converting leads and closing deals. I then joined Flipspaces as an Assistant Manager – Client Servicing, where I focused on lead generation and client engagement up to the point of sales conversion, after which I managed customer satisfaction (CSAT). Most recently, I worked with Awfis Space Solutions Limited as an Assistant Manager – Business Development. In this role, I was responsible for identifying new business opportunities, directly engaging with CXOs, managing RFP submissions, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
