AUDIENCE
When it comes to content : one size cannot fit all. Your internal company newsletter looks very different from the one that you send out to your customers. A Press release is framed very differently from an a newspaper article or blogpost talking about the same thing. I understand your audience before creating content that is relevant to it.
INTENT
Every piece of communication has an intent, be it brand salience, information dissemination, customer conversion or even employee motivation. What I write for you is framed according to the intention of the communication.
MEDIUM
If content is King, Media is the Master. Snappy OR long and detailed OR visual OR dotted with data OR easy on the ears OR easy on the eyes… the entire structure of the content is dependent on the medium that it will be delivered in. I make sure that you get the best punch out of any medium that you choose to use.
