Reporting directly to Area manager & CFO H&M Netherlands. After a successful career in H&M Turkey I have joined
the Area team as Financial Controller in the Netherlands. For in total 28 H&M stores in the area, I was responsible
for maximizing sales and minimizing variable costs of stores. I was working with the Store Managers and Area Team
members to improve the efficiency of store operations, supporting in financial planning and optimize garment flow,
ultimately ensuring maximized profits.
For each store I was setting up the yearly Sales & Costs Budgets and I was responsible to follow up the Budgets. My
mainly tasks were;
Follow up on efficiency KPI’s on daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly base,
Preparing for quarterly meetings with Country Management (CEO, CFO and Country HR),
Preparing the weekly meeting with Area Members and Store Managers and informing them about the
weekly figures and goals,
Regularly visiting the stores to check the stock situations, staff planning and efficiency routines,
Follow up on P&L and defining the cost drivers, seeking for possible savings and discuss this with the related

Managing of a yearly Budget of +5M EUR for all logistics operation activities to give the best service for two different
Brands with 66 stores and Managing of a yearly Budget of +6M EUR for H&M Turkey Online operations.
The total Logistics Costs exists from three main drivers which are;

To maximize the efficiency & profitability I am supporting all departments and the management team with all
