-I was able to work with GoPlated (an online food delivery based in Dubai) was able to handle calls, emails and chat at the same time. After which, I was transferred to Sivvi.com (online fashion) under the same company as a Digital Production Assistant. Was able to work with the stylist with regards to choosing the clothes that they need to use on photoshoot. Also, was able to assist the Digital Marketing team for designing and photo shoot set up for the websites homepage.
-Also worked with DJI as a tier 2 email and chat support.
