Nicole Palicpic

My name is Nicole Bautista Palicpic, and I prefer to be called Renee. I am a dedicated and detail-oriented professional with experience in hospitality, sales and marketing, administration, bookkeeping, and social media management. I have worked in international environments, particularly in Italy, where I gained valuable experience in customer service, reservations, and hotel operations. These experiences helped me develop strong communication skills, adaptability, and the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments.

Throughout my career, I have handled a variety of responsibilities including customer service, administrative work, marketing support, content creation, and client communication. I have experience managing social media accounts, creating promotional materials, coordinating marketing campaigns, and assisting in sales and client follow-ups. I am also experienced in basic bookkeeping, budget tracking, and preparing simple financial reports, which helped me become more organized and detail-oriented in my work.

Currently, I am working in marketing and administrative support, where I help manage social media platforms, create marketing content, prepare sales materials, respond to client inquiries, and coordinate with international teams. My role requires strong organizational skills, communication skills, and the ability to multitask, which I have developed through my previous work experiences.

I am fluent in English and Italian, and I can also speak Portuguese (School Level) and Tagalog, which allows me to communicate with clients and teams from different countries. I am comfortable working with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, social media platforms, and design tools such as Canva.

I consider myself a hardworking, responsible, and flexible person who is willing to learn and grow professionally. I work well both independently and as part of a team, and I always try to maintain a positive attitude and professional work ethic. My goal is to continue growing in the fields of marketing, administration, and business operations, where I can contribute my skills while also continuing to learn and improve.
