Monitor subscriptions to magazines, journals, and newspapers. Business Travel – CRO/JB/JTB/JRO – complete and submit BT applications to London. Entertainment – CRO/JB/JTB/JRO – complete and submit entertainment applications to London. Booking hotels and restaurants (local and international). Arranging meetings. Coordination of itineraries. Managing diaries. Calling clients and making appointments (local and international). Arranging venues for lunch/dinners. General office duties. Answering switchboard and taking messages where necessary. Handle and assist with queries for London branch. Outgoing faxes and receiving approval from CRO.
