increased to one hundred forty-five thousand and four hundred eighty-three pesos. And became
one hundred eighty-three thousand and eight hundred fifty-four pesos (183,854.00) in year twenty
seventeen (2017). It can be concluded that the domestic tourism expenditure under food and
beverages serving services has increased three years consecutively.
The third category which is c) the transport services shows that the domestic tourism expenditure
by transport services acquired also a consecutive increase per year from twenty fifteen (2015) up
to year twenty seventeen (2017). In twenty fifteen (2015), it produced one hundred sixty three
thousand and three hundred ninety pesos, which grew to one hundred ninety-one thousand and
nine hundred eighty-eight pesos (191,988.00) in year twenty sixteen (2016). In year twenty
seventeen (2017), the increase continues to two hundred forty one thousand and seven hundred

the rise in the expenditure of domestic tourism has continually happened in three consecutive
years.

thirteen pesos (283,013.00) was noted on the account in year twenty fifteen (2015). It increased to
three hundred thirty-nine thousand and nine hundred sixty-three pesos (339,963.00) in the next

also growing as the years are increasing.

For a) The purchase of accommodation and services,It is necessary then to focus on
encouraging domestic tourists to have more overnight stays. This becomes possible by taking a
different attitude by hotels and other commercial accommodations through better rates that suit
domestic tourists’ level of spending, another implication to be considered is providing areas where
attractions are located with recreational and nightlife activities.
For b) food and beverage serving services. In order to continue the increase of domestic
tourism expenditure by food and beverage serving services, it is significant to keep a careful
inventory of stocks, and sourcing different suppliers for the most cost-effective ingredients,
processing raw food materials, packaging, and distributing them. This includes fresh, prepared
foods as well as packaged foods, and alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages. It helps keep
businesses profitable by educating employees on serving and preparation standards.
For c) transport services. Transport through its role of movement of goods and people,
decisively influences the other branches of the world economy, including tourism. Without
transportation there won't be the travel and tourism industry, people won't have means to reach
