I’m a bilingual financial consultant with over 9 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, and financial strategy. I’ve advised more than 50 companies across Latin America and the U.S. in M&A transactions, business valuations, capital raising, and financial performance analysis. My background combines deep technical expertise with a practical, results-driven mindset.

I began my career in financial advisory, working with leading global firms where I specialized in company valuations, financial modeling, and transaction support under IFRS standards. I’ve led both buy-side and sell-side engagements, working directly with CEOs, CFOs, investors, and cross-functional teams to guide clients through complex financial decisions. I also have hands-on experience in structuring investment projects and assessing financial viability for infrastructure, real estate, tech, and service-based businesses.

In 2022, I co-founded DeltaPro Advisors, a financial consulting firm where we support companies in M&A, capital raising, strategic finance, and fractional CFO services. We’ve advised on transactions totaling over USD 40 million and have worked with clients across industries including real estate, advertising, logistics, and technology.

I’m passionate about helping organizations make data-informed financial decisions. My experience also includes asset management support for U.S. real estate funds and financial diagnostics for multinational clients such as Porsche Colombia.
