I have worked for about 9 years in customer service field. I'm an expert in handing customer concerns, technical issues. I was also a Supervisor for a total of 4 years.

I love helping customers, resolving their concerns is a top priority and to make sure that they are satisfied with the level of service that I provide.

One of the responsibilities of a Supervisor is to process administrative task ensuring correct data or sales report are submitted to our clients on a daily basis.
