My name is Nickolas, but you can call me Nicko. I’m a tech enthusiast and love learning new things. Currently, I work as a Service Delivery Manager at Quality Digital - Brazil. With over 10 years of experience leading large IT teams, I’ve had the opportunity to participate in and lead various projects involving different technologies. Additionally, I’m a Python developer focused on RPA because I love automation and am fascinated by the world of agentic workflows, or AI agentic workflows.

👨🏻‍💻 Skills

Leading IT teams, I specialized in applying the most suitable tech for each type of problem. Over the past 10 years, I’ve worked with various technologies such as ITSM tools and their integration capabilities, chatbot platforms, asset management tools, and RPA solutions. I’ve also developed strong knowledge in the data world, delivering everything from ETL processes to storytelling with PowerBI, PowerPoint, and Python.

Alongside this leadership journey, I also work as an RPA Developer, using Python or low-code platforms, focusing on creating solutions and automations that reduce manual effort, operational errors, and bring ROI to the business. I’ve been responsible for delivering more than 10 RPA projects in my current company and several others for local businesses.

Finally, in 2024, I began a learning path in the world of generative AI, studying agentic workflow frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, and CrewAI, as well as low-code tools like n8n, Langflow, and Make. I’ve already had the pleasure of developing an AI-driven agentic workflow capable of evaluating knowledge articles following the KCS methodology. This project took the company’s knowledge management process to a new level, enabling faster evaluations and elevating the quality of the knowledge base.

Outside of my professional life, I love drawing, assembling puzzles, and am somewhat addicted to Sudoku. Games and puzzles have been part of my life since childhood, and these hobbies spark my creativity and refine my problem-solving skills.
