I’ve spent the past few years working in customer service, technical support, and administrative roles, mostly in fast-paced environments where I’ve handled a variety of customer interactions across different platforms such as phone, chat, and email.
In my most recent role, I worked as a Shopper Support Representative, assisting shoppers with inquiries related to order fulfillment, payments, and general account issues while ensuring accurate documentation.
Before that, I worked in technical support, helping customers resolve internet, phone, and email-related issues to ensure a smooth user experience.
