PROFESSIONAL SUMMARY
I have around 10 years of total IT experience in designing, developing and
maintaining desktop applications using Microsoft Technologies. Since 2011 I am a
Microsoft certified specialist in WPF. Have good hands on experience with third party
controls like Telerik, DevExpress, Infragistics (especially geographic maps). I have
solid background in database modeling and development experience - must be able to
reconcile data between systems using SQL.
I can sign contracts worldwide and process international payments as I registered as
one-person contractor (consultant) and pay all my taxes (insurance, etc.) myself. I'd
prefer full-time long term contracts. I am allowed to work as a contractor for
companies from US, EU. I have a legal entity registered in Russia, so I am acting as a
