Over the course of my 10-year career, I’ve developed numerous skills, including developing strong client relationships, discussing best practices, driving adoption, building power users, cultivating champions, and managing risk in a SaaS environment. Overall, I have consistently demonstrated organizational, creative thinking, and multitasking abilities in every aspect of my previous roles. I have also taken on technical roles that required facilitation of integrations, including SSO, API, and LMS projects, with client side members who were both technically and non-technically savvy.
