Nicholas has gained extensive experience and a working knowledge of leadership within the field of People
Management, Leadership and Leadership development. Having worked in two of the world’s most renowned
organisations he has shown an aptitude for inspiring people and seeing through significant change management. As
a qualified Transformational Business Coach Specialising in Leadership Coaching and Consultancy, he works with
individuals and groups within and outside of business to create sound decision making processes with people new
