Achievements
I managed a particularly difficult emergency of Pethidine hydrochloride administration error, by employing quick action thereby saving the patient’s life.
During my leadership role as the infection prevention and control nurse, we managed as a team to prevent ward-based infections through periodic sensitization and strict adherence to infection prevention measures.
Being recognized as an expert and skillful personnel in nursing and other health-related areas, I achieved this by articulating the expression of nursing procedures, patient care, and relationship with both colleagues and patients' families.
I linked appropriate information to patients, colleagues, ward managers, and physicians thereby decreasing the communication gap by a significant percentage and improving the overall care of the patients.
While working with a humanitarian nonprofit making organization, I have been developing and leading projects and activities to promote well-being such as a spiritual group for colleagues, suicide awareness and prevention, opioid abuse epidemic awareness, and prevention.
