I have many years of experience in Customer Technical Support. I believe myself to have very good interpersonal communication skills. Furthermore, I always conduct myself in a proficient way and work well with others. Also, I’m excellent with computers such as using Microsoft Office, Kibana, Databricks, along with typing quickly as I use these skills on a regular basis. In addition, I have years of experience in transaction troubleshooting with complex cases, and handling Customer Support cases and take pride in solving all support inquiries as quickly as possible. I am skillful in using Customer Relationship Management applications such as Dynamics and Salesforce as I have used these to analyze information for clients and manage my cases.
