I am a CISCO certified Network Associate (CCNA), also a certified professional in information Technology infrastructure library (ITIL) and a Microsoft certified system engineer. I graduated from Tansian University umunya Anambra State with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics. Over the years, I have been engaged in implementation of ICT solutions while at Interranetworks Limited Abuja. (A global leading provider of next generation information and Communication Technology solutions) as Tech support officer and head of Tech department Enugu branch office, I was part of the team that implemented LAN, wireless Access Points and Transmission links for Federal Road Safety Corp (FRSC), Nigerian Maritime and Safety Authority (NEMASA) and I was also the Tech Support/Desktop support officer on ground for Nigerian Communication Commission (NCC) Emergency Contact center (ECC) Enugu and Owerri branch. I have deployed VoIP solutions using freepbx, elastix and 3cx, also deployed CRM solution using suiteCRM and SugarCRM amongst other enterprise solution deployments. And as well the team lead for Rubi (Rural Broad Band Initiative) project powered by NCC (Nigerian Communications Commission) for Ebonyi, Anambra and Imo state. I have been a team player in major projects in Alafia Distribution ltd, Kivilac Technologies, C80 Consultancy ltd, Zems Crafts Solutions and many more. I will strongly say I was of value to the growth of all projects. I am also accomplished in administrative skills and duties as well as project management, sales analysis, customer service representation and human resource management/trainer.
