I'm very passionate and dedicated to my job. I have great communication skills, as I worked as a call center agent and quality assurance analyst for more than a year in the BPO industry. Likewise, I can handle and manage work pressure and think rationally to solve arising problems. Time management and multi-tasking are my specialties, too, especially when working in a fast-paced environment. I am keen on detail and making sure everything is accurate. I'm willing to be trained and accept new ideas or techniques on how to improve my work quality as well as to help the company become successful in the field.
