• Manage the HR Operations including Hiring, Task/Performance Management, and Project Management of this real estate business, working with IT professionals to design and develop the website, execute marketing campaigns, and drive sales. The work environment is a completely virtual environment and everything else is self-driven.

Head of TA and Marketing | GigaProfessional Partners Inc. | May 2019 up to present

• Built the whole TA Department from the ground up; designed the end-to-end automated and integrated recruitment processes, and grew our applicant database by 25k, as well as our social media platform by 25k followers in just 3 years of operations. We focus on hiring Healthcare professionals, Hospitality personnel, and Metal Workers.

Recruitment Consultant | RHC Marketing Ltd. | June 2023

• Provided 30+ qualified candidates for a CSR position, gathered 500 pool of applicants, and designed the automation of the whole recruitment process in just one week of being hired.

• Provided help to a startup Healthcare recruitment company that includes consultations for the processes and procedures, designing of recruitment tools, and execution of the whole business operations.
