Inventory Manager and Data Analyst. Handles Operations in both Amazon and Shopify. Plan the stocking and monitor the sales movement, communicate with the suppliers and shippers, product research, Supplier sourcing, Forecasting methods, and Re-ordering points, Replenish stocks, Re-order Quantity, Economic Order Quantity, Invoice reconciliation, Fees Check, Reimbursements Claims, Shipments Tracking, Amazon Deals, and Inventory Management. I also help with Product Listing, Pricing, and inventory to Shopify and set up Walmart Seller Central. 

I help analyze data using Statistics and a quantitative approach, analyze the sales performance, lead times, re-ordering points, and sales performance. Help to decide when to run the Lightning Deals, create FBA Shipments, monitor the goods in Transit, Forecasts for the new Orders, and Re-plenish the Stocks.

I highly help manipulate Excel and Spreadsheet for monitoring templates. I help with different forecasting methods to help the business decide on predicting future sales and stocking

I was a Data Analyst for 5 years in the operation using statistical tools and root cause analysis of the data performance. I was then promoted as a Warehouse Supervisor handling about 78,000MT of stock in the operation with 27 people in my team for 5 years. I initiate the production planning with the MRP (Materials Resource Planner) for materials to use in the production, Schedule Management, Task delegation, capacity planning, and monitoring of accomplishments. Make an Operation’s KPI (Key Performance Indicator), Minutes of the Meetings, Performance evaluation, and Appraisal, double-checking the reports, and plan and monitor the movement of the inventories. I handle the data management in the operation and monitoring of the production performance.
