Hi this is Echo, I do have a 5 months experience in CSR Publishing account where I assist elderly people in regards with their newspapers (physical or digital). And I do also have experience in recruitment for a year where I manage and interview applicants. Basically I collect some of their basic information and after that I endorse them for another interview. I also manage employee referral program (ERP) I go to production floor or training room to promote the ERP incentive and other promo's so that employees will refer their friends or anyone they know to apply to our company.
